- Full implementation of the Consultant Pharmacist Cadre across all 72 Federal Health Institutions.
- Restoration of Central Internship Placement for equity and professional harmony.
- Addressing brain drain through prompt CONHESS adjustments and structured incentive schemes.
- Revival of hospital-based compounding and mini-manufacturing to boost local production.
- Accreditation of community pharmacies under NHIA to expand primary healthcare coverage.
- Inclusion of PSN in National Health Policy Dialogues as an equal strategic stakeholder.
- Strengthening the Drug Revolving Fund (DRF) with legal safeguards for transparency.
- Regulation of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models in Federal Health Institutions.
- Reconstitution of regulatory boards under the Ministry for effective supervision.
