The Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria - Young Pharmacists Group (PSN-YPG) on Sunday, 26th January 2025 held a national engagement in Kano State, led by National Chairman Tekena George, National Vice Chairman Pharm. Sani Rapha Tachio, and North West Regional Coordinator Pharm. Kabir Salihu.
The visit aimed to reaffirm the Central Executive Council's commitment to supporting initiatives that promote the aspirations and professional growth of young pharmacists in Kano State. A key highlight of the engagement was the discussion of plans for the forthcoming National Conference of Young Pharmacists, scheduled for June this year.
The PSN-YPG expressed appreciation for the leadership of the Kano State Chapter, coordinated by Pharm. Salma Adamu Dangwani, for their efforts to reignite the passion and consciousness of young pharmacists in the state. The organization remains committed to empowering and strengthening its state chapters to deliver maximum impact and value to young pharmacists.
The PSN-YPG is a subgroup of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), which has branches in all states in Nigeria. The organization aims to promote the professional growth and development of young pharmacists in Nigeria.
